There is never any slippage with our levered cam action design, therefore, your rod position will never move no matter how rough the seas or how hard your rod pulls. Another quality feature is the lift and turn 360 degree radial indexing with lock-in points every 18 degrees. We utilize a top and bottom indexing plate with twenty precision milled teeth on each plate for a secured engagement. Some of our competitors use only a single pin for their indexing stop and with the pin moving back and forth it can cause the hole in the aluminum to elongate.
