Steve Carlson has fished the Great Lakes for 25+ years - learning trolling techniques from some of the top Lake Erie Charter Captains in the early 1990s as a first mate. Steve eventually obtained his Captain's License and ran "learning charters" focused on teaching trolling techniques to his clients. This evolved into helping clients obtain the right gear like Cisco Fishing Systems products as well as the right rods / reels & lures and then doing teaching trips on their boats. In 2006 Steve made a transition from corporate sales in the Fortune 100 market and joined the sales team at South Shore Marine (www.southshoremarine.com) in Huron, OH focused on selling premium new & pre-owned boats and helping customers rig their boats - often with custom mounting applications developed with Cisco Fishing Systems. While no longer running charters Steve has also been very successful competing in and now running walleye tournaments on Lake Erie that benefit charity organizations through www.fishhuronohio.com. This passion soon developed into a business where he was able to take individuals and executive groups out fishing the waters on Lake Erie. Dave also has over 10 years of pro am tournament fishing for walleyes on Lake Erie and surrounding lakes.

Scott Guscar has been fishing the Great Lakes for over a decade. He started with a Lowe FM197 and has since added a Seaswirl 2600 Sport Cabin to his mix of boats. Scott enjoys fishing the waters of Lake Michigan, Lake Erie and Lake Ontario throughout various times during the season. His best tournament finish as an amateur was 19th in the 2007 Gander Mountain Offshore Classic, in Ludington, MI while teamed with his father and his then 10 year old son. He's always open to discussing the bite and is more than willing to compare notes after a day on the water. Scott has rigged both of his boats and is happy to discuss the finer points of maximizing real estate on smaller boats when it comes to mounting down riggers, rod holders and electronics. Scott most often fishes from his Seaswirl 2600 named Conference Call, and you can follow him on Twitter (@TheAgileAngler), via email (CallingAllFish@gmail.com) or just give him a call at 248.408.1833.
